Follow these steps to set up call forwarding on your landline.
Pick up a phone that’s connected to the landline and dial *72. If your carrier is T-Mobile or AT&T, dial *21 instead of *72. Wait for a beep or a prompt requesting you to enter a phone number. Enter the ten digits, starting with the area code, of the phone number you would like to forward your calls. Press the # key after you enter the phone number. Wait for the confirmation. This can be a beep or a chime sound. Hang up the phone and test.
